The journey
I have spent two decades building companies, shaping brands and creating access for founders across the US and Europe.
I launched my first company, Avant Gaudy, while studying Political Science at the University of Chicago. The vintage e-commerce venture earned national media attention and a place on BusinessWeek’s Top 25 Entrepreneurs Under 25.
From there, I moved into digital marketing and innovation at global brands including Coach and New York Magazine, advised more than 120 international startups through Bright Leap, and relocated to Europe to build and scale multiple ventures—including a plant-tech company that reached €100K monthly recurring revenue and was acquired.
At Founderland, I helped build a pan-European ecosystem supporting underrepresented founders, mobilising millions in capital and forging partnerships with organisations including Google, Techstars and LinkedIn. Today, I bring that lived experience to coaching, strategic project work and speaking.
